All members of the HAC Sports Clubs are invited to attend Armoury House (City Road London EC1Y 2BQ), especially new members of the Sports Clubs who have joined in the past couple of years. Food and beverages provided.

The aim of the evening is to give members of the Sports Clubs an introduction to the Company and the HAC Regiment whose name you play and compete under, and to learn about the history of HAC sport. It also provides a useful opportunity for members of the individual clubs to meet each other in an informal setting.

Programme:
• 7:15–7:55pm: Check in at Armoury House (Medal Room) & Drinks & canapés (Long Room)
• 7:55–8:45pm: Welcome from the Chairman of the Sports Committee, briefings on the Company and Regiment, concluding with a short history of HAC Sports Clubs
• 8:45pm: Long Room bar closes. Drinks continue in the Sutling Room (cash bar, closes at 11:00pm).

Dress: Jacket, trousers (no denim, no trainers) and collared shirt; ties optional; (equivalent for ladies). HAC Sports Club ties (and bow ties) will be available to purchase.
