All members of the HAC Sports Clubs are invited to attend the Sports Briefing on Tuesday 27th October in the Long Room, Armoury House, EC1Y 2BQ.

We’ll be celebrating our HAC sports teams and what they have achieved but mainly it provides an opportunity for members of the individual clubs to meet each other in an informal setting. The evening also gives new members an introduction to the Company and the HAC Regiment whose name they play and compete under.

Programme:

• 7pm–7:55pm: Complimentary drinks & canapés in Long Room
• 7:55–8:20pm: Welcome from the Chairman of the Sports Committee, briefings on the Company and Regiment and share sporting achievements.
• 8:20 - 9pm: Evening continues until Long Room bar closes.
• Drinks available in the Sutling Room (cash bar, closes at 11:00pm).

Dress: Business casual (no denim, no trainers) and collared shirt; equivalent for ladies. HAC Sports Club ties (and bow ties) will be available to purchase.
